Individual Therapy
1-on-1 Sessions
A space to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
Individual therapy is a space just for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, experiences, and challenges in a supportive, one-on-one setting. Maybe you understand where your patterns come from, but still find yourself feeling anxious, stuck, or caught in the same cycles. Through a warm, collaborative approach that blends somatic therapy, mindfulness, and deeper self-exploration, we'll work together to understand what's keeping you stuck, build greater self-trust, and develop new ways of navigating life's challenges.
Whether you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, body image, or relationships, our sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. My hope is to help you feel calmer in your body, more confident in your choices, and more connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy recognizes that healing involves many different parts of ourselves. We’ll typically begin meeting weekly, creating a consistent space to explore your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, past experiences, and the patterns keeping you stuck. In our early sessions, we’ll get to know your story, identify your goals, and begin building awareness of what’s happening beneath the surface. As our work deepens, we’ll draw from somatic therapy, DBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner child and trauma work to process difficult emotions, build self-trust, and practice new ways of showing up in your life and relationships. Some sessions may focus on practical tools to navigate everyday challenges, while others involve deeper emotional exploration and healing. Over time, we’ll work toward integrating what you’ve learned into your daily life so you can navigate challenges with greater confidence and independence. Healing isn’t linear, and we’ll move at your pace, adapting our work to what you need along the way.
