About

I’ve always been deeply curious about the human mind. Asking questions like why we are the way we are, how our experiences shape us, and what it takes to create real & lasting change. My own journey through personal struggles in childhood and young adulthood led me to seek healing through therapy and other methods, an experience that was nothing short of transformational. It showed me firsthand the power of healing, growth, and self-awareness.

This passion led me to work in eating disorder treatment centers and addiction recovery programs, where I witnessed the profound strength of individuals reclaiming their lives. What I love most about this work is the transformation - watching pain turn into wisdom, struggle into resilience, and self-doubt into self-trust.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining evidence-based interventions with deeper relational and experiential work to support meaningful, lasting change. I draw from mindfulness-based practices, self-compassion work, somatic therapy, CBT, and insight-oriented depth work to help clients better understand both the conscious and unconscious patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors. I believe symptoms often serve an adaptive purpose, and together we work to understand the underlying function rather than simply trying to eliminate them. My goal is to help others build insight, self-trust, and a more connected relationship with themselves while creating sustainable change that extends beyond the therapy room.

Throughout the years on this journey I have explored various healing methods. These have included embodiment coaching, Jungian and inner child healing, training in somatic therapy, deepening practice on meditation retreats, cultivation of mindful self-compassion through Kristin Neff's training, studies within Buddhist psychology through Spirit Rock meditation center, transformative healing through breathwork workshops, shamanic journeys and ceremonies, and continued healing and empowerment through women's circles. Along the way I have continued to strengthen my connection with myself, others, and the communities that support growth on this beautiful, challenging, and wild path of being human for the service of others and greater change.

“Owning our story and loving ourselves through the process is the bravest thing we will ever do.” -Brené Brown
