Consulting

Supporting others through eating disorders, disordered eating, addiction, and trauma can be deeply rewarding—but also complex and challenging. If you’re a therapist seeking guidance in these areas, I offer consultation to help you navigate the nuances of this work with confidence and clarity.

With experience in eating disorder treatment centers, a private practice specializing in eating disorders and trauma-informed care, I provide insight into the healing process, helping you support clients in rebuilding their relationships with food, body, and self. Whether you need case consultation, guidance on treatment approaches, or a space to explore your own experiences as a clinician, I’m here to collaborate with you.

Support for Professionals

Consultation topics may include:

    •    Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating – Understanding the spectrum of food struggles and developing a compassionate, effective approach. What questions to ask to scan for an eating disorder vs. disordered eating.

    •    Body Image Healing – Identifying where a client is experiencing body image concerns using the body image spectrum. How to asses for the impact. Helping clients shift from self-criticism to self-trust.

    •    Trauma Healing – Exploring the impact of trauma on the mind and body, and learning how to create a safe, integrative healing process for clients. Develop somatic and visualization tools to guide clients through re-wiring neural pathways and bringing safety to old wounds.

    •    Navigating Countertransference – Processing your own reactions and experiences in this work to support both you and your clients.

If you’re looking for support in deepening your skills or refining your approach, I’d love to connect and help you feel more empowered in your work.
